Hansika and Ram in Kandireega
Hansika is one happy girl these days, with her ‘comeback’ film Kandireega doing so well at the box office. Apart from Hansika Kandireega stars Ram, Aksha,Sonu sood, Jayaprakash Reddy, Swathi, M.S. Narayana and chandra Mohan.
“People say Ram and I have become a hit pair with Kandireega,”says Hansika, who is romancing Ram for the second time on screen with this movie. Their first movie together, “Maska” was also received well by the audience.
The actress admits that she was a bit nervous before the release of her film as she was studying for her degree exams at the same time.
“Kandireega released on August 12 and my exams began on August 14. So to prepare for my exams, I took 10 days off, left for the US and completely focused on my studies. I even put my phone aside and didn’t log on to any social networking site,” says Hansika, who is happy that her exams went well and that her film too is a great success.
Hansika, insists that it’s her mother who is her best critic. “She watches all my films, analyzes my roles and tells me where I can improve.”
Hansika herself hardly gets to watch any films. “I saw Badrinath and Brindavanam and I liked them,” she says.
The actress says that she now plans to dub for her own characters from next year onwards. “I find Telugu a little easier than Tamil,” she says. Ram and Hansika have become a hit pair with Kandireega, it being their second film together.
